What is INPART24?
International B2B trading platform, INPART24.COM is a brand managed by the Polish company HOSETECH Sp. z o.o.(LLC). It is a webshop for the direct selection and purchase of products such as industrial hoses, connecting fittings, threaded fittings, clamping fittings, clamps, couplings and valves.
Who is the INPART24 store for?
The INPART24.COM trading platform is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs. A VAT sales invoice is issued for each purchase by HOSETECH Sp. z o. o. (LLC).
What shipping company is the goods sent by?
General cargo, i.e. parcels up to 31.5 kg, are sent by DPD courier company. Pallet transport is carried out by the GEODIS forwarding company.
What is the delivery time for available products?
Goods with the "available" status are shipped from warehouses located in Poland and European Union countries. 1. Shipping within 24-48 hours if the goods are in a warehouse in Poland 2. Shipping within 10 business days if the goods must be collected from an external warehouse.
What does the product status "Ask about availability" mean?
Products that display the "Ask about availability" status require prior checking of their current stock status and possible opportunities to obtain the product. To avoid problems with order fulfillment, the above-mentioned goods status, they have been blocked from automatically adding to the cart.
What are the payment methods for goods?
The INPART24.COM sales platform provides the possibility of the so-called quick payments using the BLIK, Payment Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods. It is also possible to pay in advance (based on a proforma document) and the so-called courier package - cash on delivery (the last payment method excludes the possibility of purchasing a hose cut from a coil).
Can I receive individual trading conditions?
Yes, it is possible to obtain individual terms of cooperation, which may include aspects such as deferred payment of invoices or an additional discount on indicated products. For more details, please contact our advisor who will examine your needs and propose dedicated commercial terms.
Who are the individual trading conditions for?
The possibility of obtaining individual commercial conditions is addressed to companies that maintain permanent commercial cooperation, i.e. regularly fulfill orders via the INPART24.COM sales platform.
Can I negotiate the price of the goods?
Gross unit prices entered on the INPART24.COM platform may be changed only by individual terms of cooperation and are therefore not negotiable. In the case of individual projects, please contact our sales team.
Can I order the assemble industrial hose?
Yes, it is possible to order the assembled hose. We assemble industrial hose connections using safety clamps, 1 or 2-bolt clamps. We issue a certificate for each assembled hose - EU declaration of conformity. We implement these projects only after contacting our technical support and determining all technical parameters.
