DROPFLEX FOOD RED SD HOSE

Extremely flexible, rubber hose with corrugated outer wall construction (the bending radius = 1 x inner wall size). Thanks to special RED color, hose is dedicated for Brewery and Wine industries. Suitable for transportation of milk, juices, or alcohols up to 96,5%, reinforced with a double spiral (suction and discharge type). Designed for various applications, including as a transfer hose in dairies for stationary installations, for conveying alcohols in breweries, distilleries, and vineyards. It is also used as a drinking water hose. Thanks to its butyl outer wall, the hose is resistant to animal-based fats and food oils, and its construction remains resistant to abrasion and challenging working conditions. The product is free from phthalates and plasticizers, and it is neutral to the transported medium.

The hose is suitable for sterilization using the CIP (Clean-In-Place) method (+150 °C till 30 minutes).
